Anushka was seen along with Shahid Kapoor and Vi Das, and Meiyang Chang in the 2010 movie "Badmash Company". The film received mixed praises. Anushka Sharma was in the film 'Band Baaja Baaraat. She played an Punjabi woman in the middle class, who has her own wedding company. The film received excellent reviews and was widely regarded as an overnight success.
